Authorised by the National Securities and Exchange Commission (CNMV) and the Bank of Spain, its aim is to mediate between property developers and investors, streamlining the bureaucratic processes and simplifying all of the administrative procedures to raise funds quickly and safely in exchange for the payment of interest.
